I've been gradually increasing my mileage for a few months now and started to get
shin
pain
. This eased between runs and was aggravated during runs, but was never bad enough to stop me. Over time the area of my
shins
affected decreased until I hardly noticed any
pain
. I thought it was going but at the weekend my son accidentally knocked my
shin
with his booster seat and I nearly went through the roof. It was just a tap really but the
pain
was immense. I've read about stress fractures and am now wondering if I may have one. I've stopped all running in the meantime. Can anyone advise?
