hey birkmyre, thanks  for that did 6 mile races yesterday in 42,52secs that ok slowly getting there, 7min, 9secs miles,  it was hard but trying to lose the weight you got to eat less, so not so much fuel you know what i mean, weigh in on tues this week  was sunday before so mite be a bit more HOPE??????, got the running bug more than ever fill alot fitter, keep at it works if you work it, cheers

 you had good hoilday didn't blow it, could have been 4lb heavy, you done good little drops of water ware away the stone, my weigh in to morrow dont think ive lost much if any lets see but as long as we haven't put weigh on, had trail 10kl race yesterday 47,41, 1hill 1in 3 everyone walk i saw, thats what slow us up tough run, but feeingl faster for training well and loseing weight, rember a moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips,
