fitness soon.Cardiff and Abingdon were great, I enjoyed both races and was pleased to have achieved back to back maras. Did Cardiff in 4:01 and Ab in 4:05.Going for a sub 4 at Luton in few weeks time. Not the fast by others standards, but I'll be happy
