I am just getting to grips with the Garmin 405, but have one question.... If i accidently press a button or the bezel whilst out on a run, how do i get back to the timer screen that shows my progress? I have accidently stopped the timer a few times

Hi! I've found that the Garmin ready schedules have a problem with the 405 model (at least with this one) The custom heart rate script that generates heart rate based schedules doesn't take the resting_HR into account when generating the exercices
