Hi. Recently bought a new MTB mail order and hubbie is building it for me...we are struggling to get the gears set up correctly (they are Shimano rapid fire) so does anyone have any good web sites or instructions on how to get them changing at all

to wear compression gear? or is it ok to wear it on every run? They help a lot on longer runs (+5 miles, or sprint sets) I find. If you wear completely differently clothing there will be a size difference. Especially if you compare compression clothing

Just a heads-up . Aldi are selling variety of running gear from today. I bought gloves, socks and a running top for £14.99 in total. The quality looks fine to me. The socks in particular look the same as some that have cost me £8.99. Lidl are doing
