with the running stuff?! It is less garish than the ALDI gear,which helps. Must have some running fans in charge I think, not long ago I got an HRM for only 17.99, counts calories and everything. Boing !Tchibo is now in some branches of Somerfield. This week

I have recently brought an old cycle off a friend as i'm starting out tri racing and i didn't want to splash out on a new bike if i don't like triathlon, it has campagnolo gearing with mirage ergo shifters, a veloce rear deraillier and a 9 speed

training has really paid off...I still feel that varable gears are only for people over forty-five.Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear! --Henri
