Grass running ...do you find it hard?

Although grass seems ideal I always feel i am a lot slower on it

within 1/2 a mile of my home I can run onto a grassed footpath, it is away from the road and very quiet but I tend to avoid it because it seems to bog me down. I never seem to get up to pace and it feels hard work compared to the alternative 'gutter

Blessed are the lawnmowers...

Hi, I've recently started running again, plodding around the pavements, and this week I've been trying to include grass verges and other grassy bits where I'm able. This is fine where the nice people in the house behind the verge keep their verge

anyone got it in their garden?

Saw an article in the Torygraph on fake grass, quite tempted to get some for my back garden. My lawn is currently a mess of weeds and bare patches and I'm far to busy (lazy) to do anything about it. It's quite a small area (I'd guess about 2.5m x 5m

On 25/04/2004 in forum

While out on a hill interval run, I met a guy who I know from primary school, he told me 'nettle's and grass... that's what you need man'. Apparantly he's been drinking blended nettle and grass juice for weeks and it's 'kept him going'. Personally
