the pavements are still sheet ice, the snow's melting on the fields - saw grass and mud poking through today so managed a little run too
of everything (gravel, riverside path, and pavement) although most of it was very spongy grass and so was a bit tough on the old calf muscles at times! Would do it again though!

support runnung with a buggy Maybe I should check with the organisers! Buggy would be fine on the 5k, not so easy on the 10k as it is on the coastal path and grass.
