Anyone?

as Flintshire 10k, two laps on tarmac. I prefer to run 2 laps on tarmac than 4 laps on grass. I find it quite hard to run on grass.

On a recent 6 mile run I timed the last mile I ran and it was 7:29. I did this on a grass 400 m track. Anyone any idea what this would equate to on the road?Cheers in advance

Well organised,low key,family friendly event. Course mainly over grass and one or two areas tricky underfoot. Great atmosphere and very efficient results service on the day.Shall definitely put this one in next year`s diary!

HelloI have been injured with my knee for the past 8 months but feel much better. What could be the first steps towards running without going straight into a run ?Thanks I would suggest run / walking on grass for a couple of weeks.

Currently trying to run about 10k 4 times a week, mainly on road but with some grass and trail mixed in. Used to run a lot when younger, now just getting back into it...and trying to pace myself!

hey, was wondering what the course was like and if there was any thing to watch out for? course starts on short section of grass ,the rest is on the seafront prom towards Harwich ,then back along footpaths and finishs on another short section

Hey this was a cracker, a mainly steady down hill course with one steep uphill slope, run on grass over two laps. Will have another go next year definately.Does anyone know where the results can be found ??
