out your correct training zones?Matthew - It's certainly good that you've got proper running shoes. If it's possible you should try to do some of your running on softer ground. If there are grass verges by the roads try to use those as much as possible

2000 sit-ups before Christmas - a challenge thread

to get chest to blade of grass but I can't quite reach after about the first 3 and end up floating around after that.  I do about 100 a week but I'm still rubbish at them and determined not to do them on my knees. 2000 before crimbo! I have always been
