I have recently started training for my first half marathon but have been scuppered by a sharp pain on the top of my right foot. This comes on usually around mile 4 or 5 of a run regardless of whether I run on grass (preferred) or road. Any ideas
can anyone help diagnose this problem. My sister has a pain in her right foot from her ankle to the sole of her foot in a straight line. the pain eases when she runs on grass but it is sore when she runs on the road. anyone ? Could it be plantar
