its been nearly a month since i completed my first marathon"edinburgh" and i still have a nagging groin problem,it starts off ok when i exercise but then slowly gets worse and i end up constantly stretching it which does little to aid,any advice

Just started running - last week, went for a run today and felt my right groin starting to tighten up. Was jogging slowly for 4 minutes and walking for 1 to 2 minutes for 35 mins and 3.64k ( slow but able to breathe!). Discomfort started 10-15 mins
