Hi, Can anybody give any advice?I started with an achey right hip after running back in October last year. This developed into a groin strain which was apparent whilst walking and lifting my leg. After resting and then startijng to run again
Thankfully managed 21m yesterday however my groin started to tighten at about 17m, I managed the run but wonder if I could manage a further 5m !!Any ideas how to strengthen this area or is it too late ? Nobody interested in my groin then !!!!!
I stupidly played football the other day. I tweaked my groin, the source of the pain/discomforture is about 1-2 inches down my leg from the groin, feels like a bruise. Can anyone advise/diagnose my problem, I don't want to miss this years half

It's about 14 weeks till the NY marathon and on returning from my longest run ever (9 miles) my groin began to "groan". I'm seeing a physio but I really need to know how long, if at all I should stop running for? My physio was a bit vague about it
