Higdon's website www.halhigdon.com has a good range of training schedules.In particular the post marathon programme(under the marathon section) might be useful at this stage.A possible progression of schedules could be post-marathon/half marathon/marathon.

Always been a jogger, but just in the last year or so entered a couple of races. PB of 1:38 for half marathon, but with a dedicated training schedule of cigarettes and alcohol I'm sure it'll come down considerably.

Busy single Mum of one. Have to fit in training around home schedule and work. Current fitness not as good as previous years due to lack of time / family issues - would like to increase fitness levels. Next race is Nottingham Half Marathon
