My heart rate seems high during 10ks
My Resting Heart rate is 50 and generally goes to 130-140 on a general run 150 ish Threashold and 160ish intervals (90%) I believe my Max to be 185 or thereabouts. In a 10k race 1st mile is usually 160 followed by 170's (95%)thereafter
