8.4 miles in 1hr 26managed it @ 70% mhr avg (133bpm).Heart rate didn't fluctuate too much mile for mile average 129-136 parts of it off road mile paces were mainly 10:16-10:38 which i put down to the difference in terrain.2nd mile! lowest HR 68%mhr

When summer falls asleep and winter plucks your strings

the world of good Andy;-) thanks WP, it seems to have. the run on saturday was pretty poor too - my legs kept slowing down and I struggled to keep my heart rate above 150it was a bit worrying to suddenly turn crap only 6 weeks before a big race

Spend all my time, reinstalling windows!
