So after cross country season, my left hip would hurt occasionally after races. Now I'm doing track and it doesn't hurt as much. But last weekend I ran the 3000 Meter race in a meet and now it hurts again. This time the pain is more intense. I also notice

Hip gave up on me while out for 10k training, hills were the killer can just about struggle up the stairs. Any adviceIngrid Rest. What Intermanaut said, but to add... you might get more back if you post in the "Health and Injury" sub

ow, it hurts.. afterwards
can run, and run, and run (for 8 miles anyway) with no pain anywhere but when I stop my hips hurt. Used to be just left hip but now right as well. Used to be able to walk it off but it hasn't worked today, and I still hurts. Daren't sit down

I've recently been getting pain in my right hip when I run. It starts as an ache when I'm running, and afterwards turns into pain. It feels like the bone is popping in and out a little bit, although I'm sure any dislocation would feel far worse than

Sore hip that goes away when running
Did a 10k race at the weekend but had a sore hip since last week (I know I probably shouldn't have run at wekend ). I have a half marathon in three weeks so should I rest or run on? Basically my left hip feels really sore whenever i sit down
