Strictly not ice skating!

Car outside temprature gauge was reading -2 when I got in tonight, headed out on a nice steady run, ended up having an impromptu ice skating session down the back lanes!!!!.Anyone else struggling?, this is my first year of running properly

How long should I stay in an ice bath after my long runs? Until your clackersack is up in your chest cavity? As long as it feels good for.So say twice as long as smashing your head against a brick wall. Couldn't have put it better myself! Mr Puffy
