Hi all,I have been struggling to use any sort of gel without it make me feel full, bloated and slower! I have read that they can cause an insulin spike that will make you crash, i seem to really struggle ten mins after taking one. Tried them before

I have insulin resistance and am wondering if anyone has advice on keeping blood sugar levels steady when training for the FLM? I can feel very weak and dizzy after a long run and get nausea/headaches - this has been helped by having isotnic drinks
