This may sound a silly request but has anybody any ideas how to keep your laces from coming undone while your running. I have a race coming up in the next couple of weeks and my laces are forever coming undone even though i tie them as a double knot

there is a tip in the gear section about laces. i just tie them normally then tuck them under the criss-crosses. easy. i have done this for years and the laces have never come undone. i wonder if rw could have a small tips section? I do the same

At the Marathon expo last year i saw a stall that had laces that had for want of a better word lumps every half inch or so, when pulled tight the lump dissapears so the laces can be pulled tighter/loser etc, i think they were about £10 and shouldn

eg on my new KyanosWhy ???!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get those elastic laces ! No worries ! elastic laces!!! - best thing since slice bread!!!! MOst people tie their bows using a 'granny' knot'. If you tie them using a reef-bow instead they come undone much less
