i would disagree with a number of the points you make.you advocate a low calories, low fat diet - why?? The body needs dietary fat to mobilise body fat. Fat in food does not make you fat. dietary fat and body fat are not the same beastyou say above

, porridge or cornflakes. Around 2 bananas, 3 low fat yogurts, 10 satsumas or more, a decent size lunch like a pasta dish. And a big dinner also pasta, meat etc. Added to that probably an apple or something else during the evening and around 4 litres of water
