Hi Runners, Why don't you come up to scandinavia at the end of october and experience a wonderful marathon or 1/2 marathon? You could also just run a 10k-race or try Nordic Walking. You do all that at Aland Islands in the middle of the baltic sea
i ran the Flora London marathon with an injured friend and so took it very gently. felt great afterwards. I would now like to enter another marathon as soon as possible to utilise all my marathon fitness and training and am looking at one at the end

I` am running th Berlin marathon in 3 weeks & 5 days time , i missed the first 4 weeks of my 16 week training plan to a nasty calf injury that would not go away! , consequently i had to start from a low base of 8 - 12 miles a week on week 3
