Hi there,I've just agreed to run the MDS for charity in 2007 - but I have never done a marathon before, or even a half.I'm fairly fit though - but need to seriously get into some kind of training regime / schedule to get the necesssary level
but at nearly 2 grand this is way beyond my means for such a race. I know it doesn't compare with things like the MdS it's still too much for me

i am looking for a training programm or advice to build one for the mds next year. mostly running... I plan to run several times a day to build the overall target and fit in with family... run with running buggy and child 3 or 4and half stone inside
