Hi AllI am doing the MDS in March 07 and I hit the big 40 in october and want to do an IM in 07 as well. I have found a 30 week plan that I want to start once I have had 2-3 weeks off after the MDS. So I need to find a race towards the end

am running the mds in 2008 and have been trying out raidlight gaiters. i'm not too sure about them though and am keen to try out the custom made para silk ones i've heard about. i've seen how to make them on buncup but can't be bothered doing
