, doing 30 mile non stop runs, to build up my endurance, I used to follow Bruce Tullochs schedules, but thought, if I was going to train for say, a 10 mile race, I would be running at least 15 miles, or 18

I've been running since May 2005 and have set some times in a few races. So far my personal bests are:3 Km - 16 Min5 Km - 27 Min 50 Sec5 Miles - 49 Min 59 Sec10 Km - 68 Min 20 SecI'm hoping
