challenge in kenilworth with a time of 54mins.update.....14/06/2009....10k pb now 45mins....10mile 1hr 18m.....half marathon....1hr 45m

hoping for a better result (Sub 2hrs) Managed 1:53 So well pleased! Next challenge is Kilomathon 2011. never been past 13.1 miles before so uncharted territory but winter training is being done

's running the Marathon des Sables and the Norseman Xtreme Triathlon but this is just a warm up. In 2012 he will face his greatest challenge (Challenge50) - to run 50 marathons in all 50 countries in Europe

section - many people were walking within 1 mile which made it very frustrating. Would do it again though. My next challenge - I think I would like to do the New York Marathon next year - we'll see!

first 50k race which is another step up, I really do enjoy the test of longer runsMarathons this year so far seven Now done my first 80km (50miles) Paris eco trail which finishes on the first level
