I'm looking to enter my first 5k or 10k race quite soon as I've registered to enter the Glasgow half marathon in September and want to find a schedule that will gear me up for that event

I am just starting running and taking my dog too as she also needs to tone up and lose few pounds.Have 5k race scheduled for june,so just taking training steady at the moment.cant wait till running

to improve on all of these times over the next year. I've signed up for 2 5K races so far (one as a warm up and the other to try crack my time above). I stopped running for almost 2 months over the winter
