I'm Running a 10km charity run in September to help raise money for Breast cancer, but also to try and get fit after 2 ACL reconstructions on my knee

Getting back from an ACL injury and would like to get fitter and run more. I'm aiming to run in marathons and half marathons in the next couple years.

I am in my early 50's and just returned to running. As I have an old ACL injury I am taking it slowly but I am really enjoying it.

Feels very lucky that I'm still able to run, having torn both ACL and meniscus because of hockey, really makes me appreciate what I've got and able to do in life.

The rugby days are looking over after ACL injury (amongst many others)so now eyeing up my next challenge to see if what used to be 15stone of rugby tone can be dragged 26.2miles round a city.
