Strong runner 56 yrs old.Mainly veggie. Runs few IBS illness,treatment with acupuncture.No alcohol or smokes.Wear custom made orthotics at all times.

i am 43 an ex alcoholic and have found runnning to change my life. I am more confident look better and have lots of goals with entering different runs. My latest is the liverpool 1/2 in March 2007.
