JUST COMPLETED MY GOAL TO FINISH THE CHICAGO MARATHON.VERY TOUGH DUE TO THE HEAT WAVE & HUMIDITY BUT SUCCESSFULLY FINISHED!MOST OF MY TRAINING I DID IT IN MEXICO WHERE THE HIGH ALTITUDE HELPS

Patar (18,500 feet high). Now I want to do more high altitude climbs and want to start running in order to improve my lung capacity. Its Jan 1st today and who knows what I will have done by this time

events adding to the experience, i like to take part in distances from 20 miles to multi-day events from altitude to the desert ie- 78k Alpine marathon davos Switzerland to the marathon Des Sables events i

more fun than gym work and normal stretching routines and I have met a few running friends here and other runners who seem to enjoy climbing also. In 2000 and 2002 I trekked in Nepal reaching an altitude
