I enjoy being outdoors and recently sprained my ankle playing ultimate frisbee but memory helpded deaden the pain. :-)
Recovering from a nasty ankle ligaments injury. Any tips on strengthening are very welcome. 3months from injury and walking well, running is still painful in heel & inside lower shin.

I over-pronate so after 2 weeks of running I had to stop as my ankles were in so much pain. One was swollen very badly. Am now seeing a physiotherapist to help with my gait and running to get me back
Have managed to get in to Flora London Marathon, much to my disbelief but training has been patchy as I had 'that flu' over christmas and now I have ankle pain as I am ramping up my training

tendonitis in my left knee :( and I have now been running on the treadmill but its just not the same as running outside because it gets sooo incredibly boring and I sprained my ankle on the treadmill. I wish
