I enjoy being outdoors and recently sprained my ankle playing ultimate frisbee but memory helpded deaden the pain. :-)
Trying to get it all back, used to run 3-5k every other day, sprained my ankle badly, small tear in the anterior tibial ligament. Looking for support and information.
