I enjoy being outdoors and recently sprained my ankle playing ultimate frisbee but memory helpded deaden the pain. :-)
Trying to get it all back, used to run 3-5k every other day, sprained my ankle badly, small tear in the anterior tibial ligament. Looking for support and information.

I Ran for Basingstoke Athletic Club when i was a teenager and have always enjoyed running. I did my first 10k last year in 58:38 even tho i had sprained my ankle.

tendonitis in my left knee :( and I have now been running on the treadmill but its just not the same as running outside because it gets sooo incredibly boring and I sprained my ankle on the treadmill. I wish
