I have just started using MBT trainers for running and walking. I find they tire me out more quickly, but are certyainly improving my core stability. So far no discernible improvement to lower back

I used to play football In America but no longer do. I do suffer from some back pains when i train. I want to start running for two reason, one to get and stay fit, two to raise money for charity.

I over-pronate so after 2 weeks of running I had to stop as my ankles were in so much pain. One was swollen very badly. Am now seeing a physiotherapist to help with my gait and running to get me back
