It is hilly where I live so I find it hard to find somewhere flattish to train. can anyone help whith information on including hills for a complete beginner!

Only a beginner who is slowly building distances up. Unfortunately, I live on top of a hill, so the end of a run is usually up!

Just agreed to run the Chicago Marathon. A total beginner taking it easy and doing run/walks. Slow but steady. A year of changes and challenges as head to 40. It will be done and hopefully in some

Although I am a beginner again, did get down to 7 minute mile 3 years ago, and when I moved to France was so busy it all stopped, just started running again, and feel like a beginner again.Good thing

I did my first half marathon this and yet I still consider myself a beginner? Started running to get fit and found that it has really helped in all the other sports I do. Play netball and tennis
