Started the beginners schedule 5 days ago and I've managed to stick with it, but not sure about my posture and hopefully will find further info on the site to help with that and the breathing

I am a complete beginner and just managing to get through the beginnerstraining schedule which involves running so many minutes and walking in between. I enjoy running but have never had the stamina

Started running on 02/02/06 as a complete beginner and followed the run walk schedule to the last letter and I am now running 45 minutes at a time covering approximately 4.5 miles.
