I'd love to hear from other beginners to share stories and tips and generally support eachother through what is quite a difficult time...I'm based in London.
I'm interested in running as a beginner and maintaning fitness. Have previously run but generally give up as I start to eager and end up with an injury and not having the ability to walk after one
Real beginner - not fit,over the last couple of months started walking to build stamina,lose weight and generally to feel better in myself.Wish now to progress to running short distances.
I am quite fit generally but a complete beginner to running. I have entered into the Mont Blanc 10km race in June so am working on improving my stamina and speed - after I've got my running technique

Keen gym attendee focusing on strength, core,spinning and general cardio. Have ran a few 5k races and would now like to jump up a gear, if my body and mind will let me given that I am also studying
