its more about getting out and enjoying myself and stress busting, I cant run and breathe and think all at the same time!

training for london marathon, not very fit can run 3 miles without being out of breath any training advice?

Enjoy running, but have trouble speaking, breathing and running at the same time (!). I'm not built for running but do enjoy it.

I am a heavy smoker but have stopped partaking in Alcohol consumption approx 1 month ago. I get shortness of breath in the first 3 miles then my breathing levels off to a manageable level
