mile tops but more regularoccasionally get cramp and sore tight calf muscles however rinking an keeping hydrated plus adequate warm up reduced this to the odd twinge.injury again set me back to a quad

races. So far i entered three 10k's this year, First was BUPA Manchester 10k, which I missed due to a calf strain playing football, gutted!!! Next up, Leeds 10k in June, then I'm up for the City

adult life my running has been a bit up and down with some quite severe injuries (paralysis in my right calf in 2001 stopped me running for 18m). Now I am back on form and running 8 min miles in training
