Only started training seriously a few months ago with friends at work who are all better and faster runners then me. Prior to that I just went running to burn off a few calories.

Always struggled losing weight with faddy diets. Previously lost 4 stones walking and calorie counting but got bored with that put 2 stone back on and now want to challenge myself a lot more

I am on a weight loss programme and was adament that I would never be a runner but quite enjoy it actually and eating my words has actually made me lose weight not gain it. Obviously no calories

35 year old Husband/Father to 3 year old.Used to immensely enjoy cycling but commutes aside it takes up too much time compared to calories burned...which bring me to the other thing I have enjoyed
