Finished Gosport Half! Great day, freezing cold!

I arrived to a cold and grey London in October 2005 after travelling for a couple of months in Asia. A few months later and it is still grey but not as cold.

Living in Singapore, sometimes wishing I could go for a run in the cold....

"never ever regretted going out for a run" ....try and remember it on those cold dark december mornings

likes cold weather,swimming and fish. would like to waddle faster.

I'm now in my second year of distance running and enjoying every minute of it, including all the freezing cold winter nights.

I used to teach and train in karate 4 times a week and enjoy sea kayaking, when its not too cold!! love running

I have just completed my first 5k race for life race excellent even with a cold.
