I was injured for a long time (18 months) and now trying to make a comeback. My objective is remain a recreational runner in the future but will possibly try and compete in duathlon

Used to lots of bike racing and ran in the winter to keep fit + something else to do as a challange. Stopped racing 6 years ago and planning a comeback and want to run as well.

Ran first two london marathons - best time 3.30 in 82. Gave up the will to run top distances but have kept up the 10-15k efforts. Pushing 50 and thinking about a slow comeback !
