A real beginner to running, but very keen to learn. Interested in entering races for fun - anything that is not on concrete interested me. Off road stuff sounds like my sort of thing so I will work

changing my running habits (running on tracks and grass rather than concrete and limiting the time I spend running - better to do a little rather than none at all)

Just started to take running seriously as I live near the Silkin Way (Telford)and it is ideal to run off road (although along a concrete and paved track) in lovely surroundings. Just want to stay fit

understanding of the reasons why these regular and predictable calamities are allowed to continue.How else shall it be called? 'Crash' is euphemism. Crash is metal against metal, metal against masonry or concrete
