Never really thought much about running till i done the Cyprus 4 day Challenge with little to no training and came what i thought was fairly well placed at 13th

Currently training to start entering 5k and 10k races, did some training in cyprus recently, was an excellent place to train. Back in wet UK now!

i ran london in 2006 not been fortunate to get in 07 or 08.........i'm living in cyprus at he mo looking to do pafos 1/2 marathon in march and start getting into running more.....only done 1 marathon

I'm 40, just come back to running after 7 years. The last time I ran was the London Marathon in 2000 which I did in 3hrs46. Now living in Cyprus.

I have completed five marathons including London 3 times, New York, and Paphos in Cyprus. I enjoy road races from 5k upwards but also do some cross country and off road running.

I am a keen runner only by virtue of using it as time to think and be away by myself. I am a sports injury specialist and chief physiotherapist for the Team GB squad in Cyprus prior to the Olympics
