I drink too much beer and eat too much to be very fast. My aim is a sub 3.30 marathon, which is getting closer (pb 3.38) slowly! Now 3.37! update; now 3.36.30!! Update Now 3.28.50!!!!!!!!

I somehow, over a weekend of drinking, managed to agree to try and run the NY Marathon! So, never being one to not take a challenge seriously, here I am! Looking forward to lots of helpful advice
