Was smoking 30 a day and drinking far to much, meet an amazing person who has inspired me to turn my life around and they dont even know it! Train about 12 hours a week and have lost 2 stone so far
A natural size 6. I run to forget the rat race. My size means I need to eat eat & then eat some more & drink full fat coke. I've never ran a race but I plan to do a few 10k's this spring & summer
