Have started running to keep myself fit, as well as being able to take part in events in the future. Enjoy trail races, easier on the joints !!

Discovered running in 1993.I Ran, trained and competed all the time until marriage and children made me take a it easier. Now I still run as relaxation and stress buster.

Just starting out running, partly to suppliment cycling and partly as it is easier to do in the evenings after work. Would like to build up to doing a charity run in the next year

I want running to become easier. I could swim 5k easier than running it!!! I have been running for a couple of years and can now run 10k without walking. I also have asthma but use my ventolin
