HI, I HAVE JUST STARTED RUNNING AND I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW HARD IT IS!!!. AT THE MOMENT I CAN ONLY RUN FOR 2 MINUTES. I GO RUNNING EVERY OTHER NIGHT AND IT DOE'NT SEEM TO BE GETTING ANY EASIER. HOWEVER
I've just completed my first 10K race in London yesterday (11/7/10) and not only loved it but found it much easier than I thought and feel great as a result! I think I've just caught the running bug.
Currently doing most of my running on a treadmill to aid in the recovery from sciatica. I find it easier on my joints and less jarring on my back. For me, it`s what works best for the moment.
I regulary play Squash, and I am starting running to make my fitness routine easier to fit in with my schedule, rather than continuing my Gym membership. Any Advice would be very welcome.Thank YouTracey
Currently 'training' for race for life, due to do it in July, fast losing faith in mysel as it does not seem to be getting any easier. Getting very frustrated with myself as i can run for 30 minutes
