I've only recent taken up running and although the first weeks were hard, it's getting easier. I'm looking forward to running in my first race in 10 years which will be the Cancer Research UK Race

I've just completed my first 10K race in London yesterday (11/7/10) and not only loved it but found it much easier than I thought and feel great as a result! I think I've just caught the running bug.

Currently doing most of my running on a treadmill to aid in the recovery from sciatica. I find it easier on my joints and less jarring on my back. For me, it`s what works best for the moment.
