for sprinting not long distance running .. what happened there...?Did NYC 7 times and 3:44 was my consistent time, both Miami and Rio are much much easier courses..

I am a very keen but inexperianced runner i have been running now for around six months and i love it i am training at the moment with a good friend of mine and i cannot believe how much easier

Doing the Cumbrian this week!!!!!! First time since 1987 (13 yr old). Enjoying running again at the minute, might feel different after Sunday. Prefer the bike really but now the runs are getting
