some tips and hints that will keep me motivated and make running easier as I really want to keep it up. My ambition is to work up to a half marathon hopefully in about a years time with any Luck!

invested in a treadmill. The idea being that it will be easier to make running a lifestyle thing. Let's see if it works.Update:- Work has dragged me away from home again and I am working in Sweden from Mon
