I am 34 years old with very limited running experience. I have once or twice attempted to begin running and quit as it never felt like it was getting easier.My best friend took up running over a year
and became hooked - especially when the longer distances became so much easier. I also realised that although running is VERY hard work, it makes me feel so good afterwards. So therefore I continue! I am now
some tips and hints that will keep me motivated and make running easier as I really want to keep it up. My ambition is to work up to a half marathon hopefully in about a years time with any Luck!
