I suffer from ceoliacs disease and have intolerance to wheat,grain,dairy,potatoes,and sunflower oil. I eat a lot of rice. I cannot use energy bars or drinks because of glucose syrup.I am also

I've always enjoyed sports especially rugby and golf but also enjoy food and drink which has contributed to my current fitness (not unfit but not as fit as I should be. I now have a little boy 7

run on a sunday depends how im feeling. Im not a big fan of spending loads of money on energy drinks. I make my own, which give me all the benefits of powerade or lucozade but it costs me about 10p each
